2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and all related policies.

3. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

You must be aged 16 or over to purchase aerosol spray paint products, in line with the Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003. By purchasing aerosol products, you confirm you are at least 16 years old. There is no age restriction on our other products, such as fine art supplies, markers, and accessories.

4. Product Information & Colour Disclaimer

All goods are described as accurately as possible and must be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
Please note:

• We do not accept responsibility for discrepancies between the actual spray paint colours and how they appear on screen or in colour charts.

• We rely on the manufacturer’s colour codes for reference, and variations may occur.

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply, including the right to a refund, repair, or replacement if goods are faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payment

• All prices are shown in GBP.

• Delivery charges are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

• Payment is due at the point of order. 

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders.

6. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. We are not liable for delays outside our control. If we cannot deliver your order, you are entitled to a full refund.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

• You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason, without needing to give a reason (except for certain excluded items). To cancel, contact us at sales@graffitigallery.co.uk.
• We do not charge a restocking fee. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with seals and labels intact, and must reach us within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we're unable to accept the item back.

8. Account Creation & Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and for all activities under your account. We may suspend or terminate your account for misuse or breach of these terms.

9. Acceptable Use & Product Safety

You agree not to use our site for unlawful purposes or to violate any laws. Prohibited activities include (but are not limited to):

• Infringing intellectual property

• Harassment or discrimination

• Uploading viruses or malicious code

• Collecting data from other users without consent

Product Misuse Disclaimer:
We are not liable for any misuse of our products. Spray paints must be used only as intended and in accordance with all safety guidelines. Misuse or irresponsible use is entirely at your own risk.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and images are owned by Graffiti Gallery or our licensors. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any content without written permission.

11. Third-Party Services

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides our e-commerce platform. We may link to third-party sites; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and apply from the date of posting.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
