3. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

All products on this website are sold only to individuals aged 16 and over. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and accept full responsibility for compliance with this age requirement.
Aerosol Products: By purchasing aerosol spray paints, you specifically confirm that you are at least 16 years old.

4. Product Information & Colour Disclaimer

All goods are described as accurately as possible and must be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
Please note:

• We do not accept responsibility for discrepancies between the actual spray paint colours and how they appear on screen or in colour charts.

• We rely on the manufacturer’s colour codes for reference, and variations may occur.

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply, including the right to a refund, repair, or replacement if goods are faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payment

• All prices are shown in GBP.

• Delivery charges are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

• Payment is due at the point of order. 

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders.

6. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. We are not liable for delays outside our control. If we cannot deliver your order, you are entitled to a full refund.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

• You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason (except for certain excluded items). To exercise this right, contact us at sales@graffitigallery.co.uk. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

• Returns are accepted at your expense and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and for all activities under your account. We may suspend or terminate your account for misuse or breach of these terms.

You agree not to use our site for unlawful purposes or to violate any laws. Prohibited activities include (but are not limited to):

Product Misuse Disclaimer:
We are not liable for any misuse of our products. Spray paints must be used only as intended and in accordance with all safety guidelines. Misuse or irresponsible use is entirely at your own risk.
