Returns & Refunds

Your legal right to cancel (14 days)
If you're a consumer buying online, you have a legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods, without needing to give a reason. To cancel, contact us at sales@graffitigallery.co.uk within that period.

Once you've told us you want to cancel, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us at your own cost. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all seals and labels intact.

We will refund the price you paid for the item(s). Delivery costs are non-refundable.

If more than 30 days have passed since you received your order, we're unable to accept the item back.

Wrong or damaged items
If we've sent the wrong item, or it arrives damaged, let us know before returning it and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Faulty items
Faulty items must be reported to us as soon as possible. Once inspected and confirmed faulty, we'll issue a full refund or replacement. Refunds can take up to 3–4 weeks to process. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We accept no responsibility for items lost in transit when sent to an address using incorrectly provided details.
